An exciting new chapter: Stratus joins Pine Services Group

We're delighted to share that Stratus Consulting Group has officially joined the Pine Services Group family. This is a significant milestone for our business, and most importantly, it's one that strengthens our ability to serve you, our customers, for years to come.

Who is Pine Services Group?

Pine Services Group is a global organisation that owns and supports 16 ERP implementation companies around the world. With Stratus joining the portfolio, we're proud to be the first APAC business and the 17tth business to come on board.

What sets Pine apart is their long-term approach. They aren't a traditional private equity investor focused on short-term returns. Pine is a buy-and-hold-forever partner that backs businesses like ours for the long haul, allowing us to plan, invest, and grow with genuine stability.

Leadership update

This new chapter also brings some natural changes to our leadership team.

Mark Belkin, previously our Director of Growth and Innovation, has stepped into the role of CEO. Mark has been instrumental in shaping the direction of Stratus over recent years, and we're excited to have him leading the business into this next phase.

After many years of dedicated leadership, Michael Pendred will be departing as Managing Director over the coming months. Michael has been at the heart of Stratus's journey and has played an enormous role in building the business into what it is today. We thank him sincerely for his contributions and wish him every success in what comes next.

Jonathan Goh, Director of Consulting, will also be moving on from the business. We're grateful for everything Jonathan has contributed to our consulting practice and to our customers during his time with Stratus.

Reflecting the strong growth we're seeing in our HubSpot business, Dmitri Gasanov, previously Director of HR and Support Services, will now lead our HubSpot division. Dmitri's appointment is a deliberate investment in an area that is becoming an increasingly important part of how we serve our customers.
