HubSpot Pricing Australia 2026: Every Hub in AUD, Plus Real Costs

Last updated 1 October 2026

HubSpot's pricing page looks simple until you try to work out what your business would actually pay. Seats, hubs, marketing contact tiers, onboarding fees and AI credits all add up differently depending on your size. This guide sets out HubSpot's 2026 pricing in Australian dollars, what each edition includes, the costs people miss, and worked examples for a 10-user and a 50-user business.

The short answer

  • Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional: A$140 per seat a month, billed annually. Enterprise is A$240.
  • Marketing Hub Professional: A$1,241 a month billed annually, with 3 seats and 2,000 marketing contacts. Enterprise is A$5,580 with 5 seats and 10,000 contacts.
  • Starter: A$31 per seat a month list, discounted to A$11 billed annually for new customers at the moment.
  • Typical total: about A$40,116 a year for 10 sales users with 10,000 marketing contacts on Professional, plus a one-off onboarding fee of roughly A$6,400. About A$137,556 a year for 50 users and 50,000 contacts.
  • Prices exclude GST. HubSpot's page says prices are "shown in AUD and subject to applicable tax".

Prices below were read from HubSpot's Australian dollar pricing page on 27 September 2026. Onboarding fees and AI credit packs aren't shown in AUD, so those are converted from HubSpot's US dollar prices at the Reserve Bank rate for 25 September 2026 (US$1 = A$1.4247). HubSpot changes pricing from time to time, so check the current page or ask us before you budget.

How HubSpot pricing works

HubSpot sells one platform split into hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Revenue. You can buy them separately or together as the Customer Platform. Each hub comes in Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions, and there's a free CRM for up to two users.

Since 2024, HubSpot has priced by seat type:

  • Core seats give edit access to the CRM and the hubs you've bought. Marketing Hub includes a set number of core seats.
  • Sales seats and Service seats unlock the sales and service tools (sequences, forecasting, help desk) and include core access.
  • View-only seats are free, for people who only need to look.

On top of seats, Marketing Hub is priced by marketing contacts, the contacts you can email and advertise to. Every paid edition also includes a monthly allowance of HubSpot credits for AI features.

All prices are per month, billed annually. Professional can also be paid monthly on an annual commitment, at a higher rate: A$155 per Sales or Service seat and A$1,380 for Marketing Hub. Enterprise is annual only. Extra core seats cost A$72 a month on Professional and A$120 on Enterprise. The free CRM covers up to two users.

The Starter price of A$11 is a limited-time offer for new customers. HubSpot's list price is A$31 per seat a month, so budget on that for renewal.

Marketing contacts: the cost that grows with you

Marketing Hub is priced by the number of marketing contacts you store and can email or advertise to. Extra contacts are added in blocks, and the price per block falls as you grow.

EditionIncludedExtra contacts (AUD per month)
Starter1,000A$60 per 1,000 up to 3,000; A$52.50 to 5,000; A$48.75 above
Professional2,000A$351 per 5,000 up to 22,000; A$315 to 42,000; A$279 to 62,000; A$252 to 82,000; A$216 above
Enterprise10,000A$155 per 10,000 up to 50,000; A$140 to 100,000; A$125 to 200,000; A$110 to 500,000; A$95 above

What that means for Marketing Hub's monthly bill:

  • 10,000 contacts: Professional A$1,943, Enterprise A$5,580
  • 25,000 contacts: Professional A$2,960, Enterprise A$5,890
  • 50,000 contacts: Professional A$4,463, Enterprise A$6,200

Two things to know. Contact tiers can't be downgraded until your contract renews, so don't buy ahead of need. And only marketing contacts are billed: you can keep other contacts in the CRM as non-marketing contacts at no extra cost. In our 50-user example below, contacts make up more than a quarter of the total monthly bill, so contact hygiene is the biggest single lever on HubSpot cost.

HubSpot Marketing Hub monthly cost in AUD by number of marketing contacts, Professional vs Enterprise

How Marketing Hub cost changes with your database size.

Onboarding fees

Professional and Enterprise hubs carry a required one-off onboarding fee. HubSpot's Australian page confirms the fee applies but doesn't show the amount in AUD. In US dollars:

  • Marketing Hub: US$3,000 on Professional (about A$4,274), US$7,000 on Enterprise (about A$9,973)
  • Sales Hub or Service Hub: US$1,500 each on Professional (about A$2,137), US$3,500 each on Enterprise (about A$4,986)
  • Starter: no onboarding fee

So a business starting on Sales Hub Pro and Marketing Hub Pro pays roughly A$6,400 in onboarding, and adding Service Hub Pro takes it to about A$8,500. Onboarding covers HubSpot's own setup programme. It's separate from partner implementation work such as data migration, integration and custom builds, although some partners can deliver the onboarding themselves.

HubSpot credits and AI costs

HubSpot's AI agents are metered in credits. Each paid edition includes a monthly allowance: 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise (5,000 and 10,000 on the Customer Platform). The allowance is set by your highest tier, resets monthly and doesn't roll over.

Breeze actions in workflowsGenerally available10 per actionA$0.14

Extra credits cost US$10 per 1,000 (about A$14) as a capacity pack, or the same rate pay-as-you-go. Watch the default: if you go over your allowance, HubSpot upgrades you to a higher credit tier for the rest of your contract unless you've switched on pay-as-you-go. As an example, 1,000 Customer Agent resolutions a month is 50,000 credits. After a Professional account's 3,000 included credits, that's about A$8,000 a year in extra credits. HubSpot's AI is processed in the United States, even when your CRM data is hosted in Sydney.

What HubSpot really costs: two worked examples

A 10-person sales team with 10,000 marketing contacts

  • Sales Hub Pro: 10 seats x A$140 = A$1,400 a month
  • Marketing Hub Pro with 10,000 contacts: A$1,943 a month
  • Licence: A$3,343 a month, or A$40,116 a year
  • Onboarding: about A$6,411 one-off (Sales Pro plus Marketing Pro, converted)
  • Year one before partner work: about A$46,500

If you need custom objects or a sandbox, Enterprise for the same team is 10 x A$240 plus A$5,580, which is A$95,760 a year.

A 50-person team (30 sales, 20 service) with 50,000 contacts

  • Sales Hub Pro and Service Hub Pro: 50 seats x A$140 = A$7,000 a month
  • Marketing Hub Pro with 50,000 contacts: A$4,463 a month
  • Licence: A$11,463 a month, or A$137,556 a year
  • Onboarding: about A$8,548 one-off (Marketing, Sales and Service Pro, converted)
  • Enterprise for the same team: A$218,400 a year

For context, the same 50-user setup is about A$202,677 a year on Salesforce Core with Marketing Cloud Next, and about A$148,133 on Dynamics 365. See HubSpot vs Salesforce in Australia and the CRM Showdown 2026 comparison for the full picture.

Implementation costs in Australia

On top of HubSpot's licence and onboarding, most businesses use a partner for setup, migration and integration. Typical Australian ranges published in 2026:

  • CRM setup only: A$3,000 to A$8,000
  • CRM and Marketing Hub: A$6,000 to A$15,000
  • CRM, marketing and a website on HubSpot: A$15,000 to A$40,000
  • Full platform across all hubs: A$20,000 to A$60,000+
  • Migration from Salesforce: A$8,000 to A$25,000

A typical mid-market build goes live in 5 to 7 weeks. ERP integration is usually the biggest variable. If you run MYOB Acumatica, read HubSpot and MYOB Acumatica integration: your options.

Costs people miss

  • Enterprise-only features. Custom objects (up to 10 definitions and 1 million records), sandboxes, AI lead scoring, hierarchy forecasting and 500 custom reports all sit in Enterprise. Needing just one of them can move you up a tier.
  • Contact creep. Every contact marked as a marketing contact counts, and tiers can't be reduced mid-contract.
  • Data Hub for ERP field mapping. HubSpot's own ERP sync apps need a Data Hub subscription for custom field mappings.
  • Credit overage. The default overage behaviour moves you to a higher credit tier for the rest of the term.
  • Add-ons. Extra reporting capacity, a dedicated IP, extra calling minutes and API limit increases are all priced separately.
  • Starter promo expiry. Starter's A$11 rate is a new-customer promotion against a A$31 list price.

How to keep HubSpot costs down

  1. Clean your marketing contacts regularly. Set unengaged and non-marketing records to non-marketing status before each renewal.
  2. Buy the seats people actually need. Give view-only seats to people who only report or look, and sales or service seats only to people who use those tools.
  3. Pay annually. Annual billing is about 10% cheaper than monthly on an annual commitment.
  4. Turn on pay-as-you-go for credits if you're experimenting with agents, so an overage doesn't lock you into a higher tier.
  5. Stay on Professional until you need Enterprise. Most mid-market businesses run well on Professional. Move up when a specific Enterprise feature is needed, not before.
  6. Consider the Customer Platform if you need several hubs, and compare it with buying hubs separately for your seat mix.
