HubSpot's pricing page looks simple until you try to work out what your business would actually pay. Seats, hubs, marketing contact tiers, onboarding fees and AI credits all add up differently depending on your size. This guide sets out HubSpot's 2026 pricing in Australian dollars, what each edition includes, the costs people miss, and worked examples for a 10-user and a 50-user business.
The short answer
Prices below were read from HubSpot's Australian dollar pricing page on 27 September 2026. Onboarding fees and AI credit packs aren't shown in AUD, so those are converted from HubSpot's US dollar prices at the Reserve Bank rate for 25 September 2026 (US$1 = A$1.4247). HubSpot changes pricing from time to time, so check the current page or ask us before you budget.
HubSpot sells one platform split into hubs: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Revenue. You can buy them separately or together as the Customer Platform. Each hub comes in Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions, and there's a free CRM for up to two users.
Since 2024, HubSpot has priced by seat type:
On top of seats, Marketing Hub is priced by marketing contacts, the contacts you can email and advertise to. Every paid edition also includes a monthly allowance of HubSpot credits for AI features.
| Hub | Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing Hub | A$11 per seat (promo; list A$31), 1,000 contacts | A$1,241 a month, 3 core seats, 2,000 contacts | A$5,580 a month, 5 core seats, 10,000 contacts |
| Sales Hub | A$11 per seat (promo; list A$31) | A$140 per seat a month | A$240 per seat a month |
| Service Hub | A$11 per seat (promo; list A$31) | A$140 per seat a month | A$240 per seat a month |
| Content Hub | A$11 per seat (promo; list A$31) | A$702 a month, 3 core seats | A$2,330 a month, 5 core seats |
| Data Hub | A$11 per seat (promo; list A$31) | A$1,037 a month, 1 core seat | A$2,880 a month, 1 core seat |
| Revenue Hub | Not offered | A$135 per seat a month | A$210 per seat a month |
| Customer Platform (all hubs) | A$11 per seat (promo; list A$31) | A$2,018 a month, 6 seats, 2,000 contacts | A$7,290 a month, 8 seats, 10,000 contacts |
All prices are per month, billed annually. Professional can also be paid monthly on an annual commitment, at a higher rate: A$155 per Sales or Service seat and A$1,380 for Marketing Hub. Enterprise is annual only. Extra core seats cost A$72 a month on Professional and A$120 on Enterprise. The free CRM covers up to two users.
The Starter price of A$11 is a limited-time offer for new customers. HubSpot's list price is A$31 per seat a month, so budget on that for renewal.
Marketing Hub is priced by the number of marketing contacts you store and can email or advertise to. Extra contacts are added in blocks, and the price per block falls as you grow.
| Edition | Included | Extra contacts (AUD per month) |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | A$60 per 1,000 up to 3,000; A$52.50 to 5,000; A$48.75 above |
| Professional | 2,000 | A$351 per 5,000 up to 22,000; A$315 to 42,000; A$279 to 62,000; A$252 to 82,000; A$216 above |
| Enterprise | 10,000 | A$155 per 10,000 up to 50,000; A$140 to 100,000; A$125 to 200,000; A$110 to 500,000; A$95 above |
What that means for Marketing Hub's monthly bill:
Two things to know. Contact tiers can't be downgraded until your contract renews, so don't buy ahead of need. And only marketing contacts are billed: you can keep other contacts in the CRM as non-marketing contacts at no extra cost. In our 50-user example below, contacts make up more than a quarter of the total monthly bill, so contact hygiene is the biggest single lever on HubSpot cost.
How Marketing Hub cost changes with your database size.
Professional and Enterprise hubs carry a required one-off onboarding fee. HubSpot's Australian page confirms the fee applies but doesn't show the amount in AUD. In US dollars:
So a business starting on Sales Hub Pro and Marketing Hub Pro pays roughly A$6,400 in onboarding, and adding Service Hub Pro takes it to about A$8,500. Onboarding covers HubSpot's own setup programme. It's separate from partner implementation work such as data migration, integration and custom builds, although some partners can deliver the onboarding themselves.
HubSpot's AI agents are metered in credits. Each paid edition includes a monthly allowance: 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise (5,000 and 10,000 on the Customer Platform). The allowance is set by your highest tier, resets monthly and doesn't roll over.
| AI feature | Status | Credits | About (AUD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Breeze Assistant | Generally available | Included with core seats | Included |
| Customer Agent | Generally available | 50 per resolved conversation | A$0.71 |
| Prospecting Agent | Generally available | 100 per lead recommended | A$1.42 |
| Breeze actions in workflows | Generally available | 10 per action | A$0.14 |
| Content Agent | Public beta | 1,000 per piece | A$14 |
| Nurture Agent | Public beta | 10 per personalised email | A$0.14 |
Extra credits cost US$10 per 1,000 (about A$14) as a capacity pack, or the same rate pay-as-you-go. Watch the default: if you go over your allowance, HubSpot upgrades you to a higher credit tier for the rest of your contract unless you've switched on pay-as-you-go. As an example, 1,000 Customer Agent resolutions a month is 50,000 credits. After a Professional account's 3,000 included credits, that's about A$8,000 a year in extra credits. HubSpot's AI is processed in the United States, even when your CRM data is hosted in Sydney.
If you need custom objects or a sandbox, Enterprise for the same team is 10 x A$240 plus A$5,580, which is A$95,760 a year.
For context, the same 50-user setup is about A$202,677 a year on Salesforce Core with Marketing Cloud Next, and about A$148,133 on Dynamics 365. See HubSpot vs Salesforce in Australia and the CRM Showdown 2026 comparison for the full picture.
On top of HubSpot's licence and onboarding, most businesses use a partner for setup, migration and integration. Typical Australian ranges published in 2026:
A typical mid-market build goes live in 5 to 7 weeks. ERP integration is usually the biggest variable. If you run MYOB Acumatica, read HubSpot and MYOB Acumatica integration: your options.

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. It's US$3,000 for Marketing Hub Pro and US$1,500 each for Sales and Service Hub Pro, about A$6,400 for a Sales and Marketing Pro start. Starter has no onboarding fee.
Marketing contacts are the contacts you can send marketing email to and target with ads. Marketing Hub is priced by how many you have. Other contacts can stay in the CRM as non-marketing contacts at no extra cost.
For 10 sales users on Sales Hub Pro with Marketing Hub Pro at 10,000 contacts, the licence is about A$40,116 a year, plus about A$6,400 in one-off onboarding. Implementation with a partner typically adds A$6,000 to A$15,000.
At typical mid-market sizes, yes. For 10 sales users and 10,000 contacts, HubSpot Pro is about A$40,116 a year against about A$57,960 for Salesforce Core with Marketing Cloud Next Growth.
Each paid edition includes monthly credits (500 Starter, 3,000 Professional, 5,000 Enterprise) that reset monthly without rollover. AI agents consume them, for example 50 credits per Customer Agent resolution. Extra credits cost about A$14 per 1,000.
